Dieting is both underrated and overrated. A lot of people go into their dieting phase when they feel that they’re gaining weight without even bothering to research about the proper ways in dieting. And other people think that dieting should always be their priority and way of life.
To lose weight, you have to eat more than three times a day. That may sound crazy but it’s completely effective and true. Here are some reasons why to lose more, you need to eat more.
1. When you eat more than 3 times a day, your metabolism will work throughout the day. The food that you’ve eaten will easily be digested and processed if your metabolism is not inactive.
2. Eating more than 3 times a day will boost your energy. When your energy is high, you can effortlessly do chores without panting or tiring easily. The high energy level will keep your body in motion. And a body that’s always on the go is healthier than a couch potato type of body.
3. When you eat more than 3 times a day, you’ll have a clear perspective on what healthy snack or meal you’ll eat after. The problem with starving yourself as part of your diet is that when you can’t take it anymore, you’ll just grab any food that’s presented to you. You can’t rationalize anymore, can’t think if what you’re putting in your body is good or bad for you because you’ll be under the spell of starvation.
