Weekly Diet and Exercise Plan

Some say being spontaneous is good. And though, there’s a ring of truth in that statement, people should also realize that creating a plan is good as well. Planning and organizing don’t necessary mean boring. Planning is simply just putting everything together for a more harmonious and attainable goal.
Planning is important in dieting. It’s the foundation of your healthy lifestyle. If you’re new to the dieting world, here are tips and tricks for you to follow to have the perfect weekly diet and exercise plan.
1. Consult your doctor. This is the easiest and the most fundamental step for your weekly diet and exercise plan. You can either ask your dietician for a weekly plan or ask him/her to assist you with your draft weekly plan.
2. Make sure that the food diet you plan to have coordinates with the exercise plan that you wish to take.
3. Set a weekly goal. Make sure that your goals are: 1.) Challenging enough for you to try harder and 2.) Possible to attain. After every week, add another challenging yet possible goal for you to achieve so at the end of the month you’ll at least have 4 achievable goals for your weight loss plan.
4. If there’s a need to change a certain food diet or exercise routine then trick your body and mind to it. Don’t shock yourself with changes because you’ll just stress yourself and you’re goals will be ruined.
5. Have one day off. Say your exercise and diet day off is Wednesday. Every Wednesday, you can eat what you want and stay away from the gym. This way you can see if you have better self control.
